
Just when things were getting interesting with
TiVo and the PSP, someone has to come in and rock the boat. Actually, that someone is NBC and they don't sound too happy about TiVo's "unilateral action" to bring you content on the Sony device. A spokesperson
says that it "creates the risk of legal conflict." Such is the trend nowadays it seems.
However, TiVo CEO Tom Rogers knows what it's all about. "We're making it easy for consumers to enjoy the TV shows they want to watch right from their iPod or PSP." Right on, Tom.

NBC's probably afraid that the writers, actors, musicians, editors, Kraft Services guys, car washers, and butt-wipers will want extra money because their "art" is being pimped on another format. "You're selling DVDs? Pay me more." "You're selling streaming video? Pay me more." "You're selling PSP videos? Pay me more."
