Huge summer Circuit City sale

A poster over at CAG reports of a sale going on over at Circuit City, officially starting July 4th weekend, in which a slew of PSP titles will be going on sale for $8.96 a piece. While some of the titles are best avoided, getting a copy of Exit or Darkstalkers for such a small sum is a blessing most divine. The list, unchanged from its forum post, reads: - Darkstalkers

No way! Thanks for the heads up. I'm gonna have to drop by Circuit City soon! Darkstalkers and Tony Hawk are looking pretty good right now.
I'm kind of mad that EXIT is on there because I paid full price for it back in March. Oh well, as the saying goes, Life isn't fair.

I work for circuit city, we have some 8.96 games now, but none for psp, the psp ones start on july 4th i know i am putting some aside for myself.

i went to circuit city myself today in IL... they said it starts july 4th... i don't know about any other states though...but when i looked around the psp game section, i didn't see a single game that is going to be 8.96. they're probably setting them up soon...i can't wait until this sale!!

This is weeks late. Most CAGs have long since cleaned out the Circuit City stores.
It doesn't matter what the shelf tag or tag on the package says. If it's on the list it will have rung up at $8.96 for most of June.
#3 That just ain't so. I've already picked up Frantix, Infected, and Exit over a week ago, all for under $10 each.

just left circuit city a hour ago or so and looked all around the game section and didnt find a thing till i was about to leave, i seen near the customer service area a big black box with the label video games 8.95$ so i swiftly began to look thru all the rubble and found a few of the games mentioned above not all were present maybe employees or someone else scooped em up...well this was at the circuit city over here in kansas city,mo off barry road...good luck to all!

I picked my games up on Sunday. Who ever said the sale doesn't begin till today is a lier. Somewhere in the games section there will be a large box with games in it. Although no marked, these are the games that are on sale.
All titles are not avaliable because the games have sold out quickly. I was lucky enough to grab the last copy of Exit at my store. The only other psp game they had in stock was Gretzky NHL.
