Keeping tabs on next-gen sales

Surfing the internet sure is fun! Many people hear this or that about next-gen performance or sales, but the best solution is to look at raw sales numbers. That's what this place is for. Sure, right now the number appear a little ... skewed, but come November it will be a pretty exciting horse race to watch. If you like horse races.Let's do a little guessing game. Right now XBox360 is fairly close to 4 million units sold. How many units do you think each system will sell by year's end? Closest guesser will get a prize -- like a thumbs up and a pat on the back. Keep your eyes on this site!

I'm sure the ps3 will do ok, but that's just it ok. The ps3 is the next gamecube.

I'm pretty sure that the PS3 will keep it's word and sell it, at least for the first few shipments.
Xbox 360 will probably get another good million by the time the holiday season is over, if not more and the Wii will probably kick ass and sell as many as they can get shipped.

With the an impressive list of 360 games coming out and a shortage of Ps3's and Wii's, you can bet that there will be 10 milion 360's sold by the end of the year

Haha - the Wii is hardly next gen. No HD, only 2x the speed of the Xbox 1.

CK, you just showed us that your a scared fanboy. I think alot of you people who thought that the Wii wasn't going to do good because of its lack of power are going to be in for a surprise.

That site is a hoax, or a joke. MS has already announced that they have sold 5.5 million units. Secondly, there is no way for that site to be able to monitor every store's inventory. Time to move along.
