Red Tribe jumps into next-gen development for PS3

A recent listing on Red Tribe's website shows they are in need of programmers and artists for their next-gen platformer set for release on all next-gen consoles. Not only that, they've released info pertaining to two other games in development. One is a, surprise, FPS for the 360 and PC. The other is a third person action game for the PS3 and 360. But what about that platformer? It's supposedly an "innovative fast-paced action platform game." So maybe it's not a platform"er" at all. Platform could mean puzzle, too. If not a puzzle game, it sounds a lot like Sonic. It's nice to see smaller developers getting into the market, but will this end up a downloadable game (a la home grown) or retail? Time will tell.
