Virtua Fighter 5 news... nuff said
Genuine PS3 footage of Virtua Fighter 5 has surfaced -- no longer the arcade version. It all started in the latest Famitsu magazine... four pages of the PS3 version of the game, the first PS3 screens, and all 17 characters. What's to be said about the screenshots? It's more or less a port of the arcade version -- graphics haven't been altered at all from what the screenshots revealed. Here's a bit of news for the fighter-fanatic out there: Sega is releasing a joystick upon release of the game that makes use of the genuine arcade parts. It's called "Virtua Stick High Grade" and features a lever, six main buttons, three sub buttons and a start button. Pretty cool, huh? We'll update any VF5 news after TGS, but until then, feel free to check out the official website. And many thanks to IGN for posting the latest screens!

These screenshots look a whole bunch more lower quality than the concepts and CGI movies shown earlier. On the plus side, that likely means they're "real". On the downside, it looks no better than DOA 4 on the XBOX 360.
I intend to buy a PS3, but these screenshots do not knock my socks off.

I will buy the joystick just because it says "high grade". LOL
Seriously, this game is going to be a lot of fun. I played the heck out of VF4 when it came out oh so long ago.
Cheers!
