Maybe that last phrase was unnecessary, but it doesn't matter. There has been so much eyebrow-raising at Sony's stuff at the Tokyo Game Show that all the bad news prior seems to be fading into, er, oblivion. Anyway,
Heavenly Sword has a few high-res screens up
here, and also a video to download. Just navigate around the question marks and the video's under the blue question marks next to the "mpg". If that doesn't work, you can always look for another video... there's a few over at
IGN. It's more arena brawling, but it doesn't matter when the game looks this fun. November is so far away... not that this is a launch title, but even so, we want our PS3. We knew the Tokyo Game Show would change many people's minds! Hooray!

ARE YOU THE ONLY ASS WHOLE THAT JUST LOOKS FOR TROUBLE

Get real, this game will be in the sony's "Greatest Hits" section 2 months after it releases. Games like this look flashy and fun, but this game looks like a button mash fest.

I sense ... fear ... in the XBox360 fans.

This game looks sweet...
Xbox 360 is screwed.

Where is the news that is being reported widespread on other websites, like your parent website, Joystiq, that Sony's press note was extremely DULL?!
ndoerr @ Sep 24th 2006 3:26AM
@ Adam -- trust me, I'm not trying to sound mean or condescending when I say this but it'll probably come out that way. Other sites are getting more news from many different angles because they either a) had a presence at TGS or b) have more than 2 people working for them. We're doing what we can, but at least for me, I have a big midterm coming up and I made the choice that, well, college comes first. We'll still update when worthwhile developments occur and we're available, so no worries.
Oh! And yes, the Sony keynote was boring. Oh well. That doesn't really change the gameplay of the launch titles!

LOL..."Sony Owns TGS" ...that's like saying the Seminoles owned the fans at Doak Cambell Stadium. It would be unwise to think that all the months of Sony's missteps will be erased away by one pretty game that may or may not be memorable 12 months from now.

Adam:
This site is called PS3 -Fanboy- remember. They can't report something that might hurt their precious PS3's image. You know, if it -can- be hurt anymore than it already is, anyway. XD

rolls eyes at all the 360 fainbouyes.
Lucas @ Sep 25th 2006 1:04PM
Are you all like 12 freaking years old! Why does PS3fanboy make such stupid claims. Of course some PS3 games are gonna look good, but guess what, not one game has yet to look better then the 360's best, so shut the F^%^K up and get real man.
