Like the PS3? Like shopping? Here's a heads up...

Now, this is just a rumor, but the slides seem fairly authentic (from personal Best Buy experiences) and the setup is fairly... er, large. So large, in fact, the 360 kiosks may be removed entirely. But PS3's may be downsized on October 25th when the Wii moves out (maybe not). This is a great rumor to hope for as fact because being able to get our hands on the Playstation 3 nearly a month before its release is bliss -- and may push those teetering on the edge of a purchase over to the "yes!" side. So, uh, who's planning a Best Buy field trip? We are, since we couldn't get to the Tokyo Game Show.

This seems like BS to me. I was looking closely at the pic, and it looks a little photo shopped. Plus the Ds has about 100 games coming out between now and the end of the year. I read some of the posts and some dude said that bestbuy is discontinuing the ds...riiiiiight. The ds and the psp are going to be the biggest sellers this holiday season. Their are a hell of a lot more of those to pick than any Wii or ps3 or xbox360

PS3 = Yes. Sony TV = Yes. Sony Audio System = A resounding, burning-all-hell NO. 7.1 surround is no good if the all the bands blur together leaving an undefined and muddy audio experience.
That's way too many Sony products in one spot for anyone's good.
I guess you could go all out and say, "After playing a Sony developed and published game on a Sony Playstation 2 and watching a Sony Pictures movie on a Sony Blu-ray player, you could grab your Sony VAIO laptop and Sony walkman to prepare for waiting in line and then drive to Best Buy listening to Sony BMG label music in your car on a Sony MiniDisc deck blasting through a Sony XPLOD amp that powers Sony XPLOD speakers and subwoofers..."
See what I mean? *cringes at the thought of that many Sony products* LOL Wow...that's a HUGE run-on sentence.

Ahh.. this could be true.. One of our BestBuys here in town just Re-Located to a slightly larger store and is reopening Friday.. There old store wouldnt have had any room to do something like this, And I never understood why they were moving..
This may be the answer.. Cuz I do know that theres a sign on the building saying something about some special HomeTheater Store inside the store itself..
If this is true, Im gunna be loving it..

The "home theater store within a store" is Magnolia, a higher end AV chain that Best Buy purchased and has been incorporating into their larger store's floor space the better part of this year, if not longer.

Or you could say, "After playing your Microsoft XBox360 you download movies off your Microsoft Media center and then you go sit down at your computer running Microsoft Windows with your Microsoft keyboard and Microsoft mouse and load music onto your Microsoft Zune player so you can listen to it later when you are typing up a proposal on Microsoft Word. After that, you can balance your checkbook in Microsoft Money, pull up a graph in Microsoft Excel and use Microsoft Mappoint to plan your trip then and upload the map info into your Microsoft Mobile PDA."
But who am I to say...
