The Darkness sees the light of day
The elusive PS3 shooter, The Darkness, has finally shown some extended gameplay footage. Atmospheric, frentic and pretty, this one also looks to have some interesting and original game mechanics. In the "still needs some work" column though, The Darkness still needs some significant AI work. But, were starting to get excited about this particular next-gen offer. What's your take?

this is actually footage from the game running on a 360 at e3. but i have to agree, the a.i. in this footage is horrible and hopefully be improved for the games release.

"The exclusive PS3 shooter" ...Um no...there were trailers for this game for the 360 at this years E3 and on Xbox Live. The 360 is probably the main development platform for this game.

stumpie, It's "elusive" as in it we haven't seen much of it (hence the title of the post and the comments within the post around the game finally showing itself publically).
It does not read "exclusive." Go back and look at the post, you mis-read it.

That is pretty sweet that you can watch TV shows while in the game. Looks like it will be fun once the AI is worked out.
