Get your music on with Tony Hawk's Project 8 soundtrack!

Do you like a) pop-punk b) hip-hop c) power metal? Any variation of said genres (post-punk, hardcore, rap, melodic power metal, alternative rock/punk/pop/metal)? Ah, well, give the Tony Hawk's Project 8 game a listen... because about 56 tracks have been named for the game. Activision executive Tim Riley said: "The music captures the rebellious, off-beat, high energy vibe exemplified in skate culture and in the video game." Yeah! Stick it to the man! Or something else rebellious!
The game's due out in November, the soundtrack sounds like a big mess of fun... since we don't want to clog up your experience here, you can look at IGN's compilation of the tracks. We'll just say some big bands pop up (Kasabian, Wolfmother, Gnarls Barkley, Ministry).

@ Dahk -- Oh, no... I definitely meant hip-hip. Y'know, people hitting hips together instead of hopping? Hopping isn't cool... not at all =P Thanks for bringing the typo to my attention.
