A PS3 sandwich...

Yeah, we hate engadget. How cool is it that they've got every next-gen console in their grubby little hands already? Congrats to Ryan and the whole engadget team for running a stellar community over there and getting the scoop on just about everything before anybody else (If that kind of butt-kissing doesn't get me invited over to Ryan's place for a personal PS3 demo, I don't know what will).
The engadget photo shoot certainly proves one thing... the PS3 is massive (and the wii is not a small as I thought it would be). If the PS3 came in a white veneer -- like its competition -- I'm sure it would look even bigger. Afterall, white makes you look fat. Black is very slimming.

That's right 'go eat your fries biotch'. Say it enough times and it'll be true.
The Wii is roughly the size of 3 DVD boxes. Which was what was said all along.

The 360 is definitely the winner here in looks. The Wii almost looks as good except maybe a little too plasticky.
All I see on the PS3 is vent holes and black, with visible lines separating the two halves of plastic on it.
But I suppose it would look better standing up and viewed from the side.
Black's just not a good colour, especially for anything electrical. It just looks like a bulky VHS player.
The 360 does have a massive power brick but I find there's plenty of room to hide it so it may as well not be there. All that's visible is very nice looking.
The PS3 has the looks of the original Xbox, although it probably has more power, just like the Xbox 1 did.
