What's missing from this picture?

For the first time in recorded history, I didn't get a console on its launch day (thanks Target!). The PS3 failed to show up for this family photo, leaving a giant hole where the mighty PlayStation 3 should be sitting. I feel so... empty.

matthew: contact your local gamestop asap. dont jack with the best buys or circuit city type places... they could care less about when they are going to get anymore. gamestop will shoot you straight. and there are more coming in (like as we speak)... so if you hustle, you can get the next in line after the preorders are met. they will be trickling in slowly but surely from now til xmas.

Sorry dude, I was in line from 11:30 a.m. thursday morning, was number 280, store got 400, im in brooklyn so its pretty big, got one and have been playing it ever since, sorry you guys didnt get one, it was wortht eh wait though.

Ive talked to 2 GameStops in my area about the Wii & PS3, and they told me they expect Wii's "trickling" in every week with thur/fri this week being soonest..

PS3 on the other hand, they wouldnt give me a timeframe.. Both stores actually stated that they "hope" to get more in b4 Christmas..

Nothing looks wrong to me with that picture. I'm sure your pocket book is happy with that picture, well maybe not as happy as it could be if you scored a PS3 and sold it on eBay. Just hop on your Xbox 360 and be happy Gears is the shiznit.

Um...I wouldn't recommend cramping the PS3 into that confined space. You're almost asking for overheating issues.

I believe that the PS3's a pretty hardcore cool(Temp)running game system or so the people who have it say so. I have a question, is that just me or is the TV in the picture a Sony SXGA Wega LCD rear projection HDTV capable of 1080p? If so......nice, I have one that's why I ask. The bottom seven inches look similar. If it is that same type of TV what screen size you packin, I have the 50".
