Today is all about giving thanks (and eating food). So, make sure you take a break from all of your video games and spend some quality time with those closest to you. And, if you have an actual PS3, give it a long, hard hug.

Is anyone playing their's this holiday weekend? The few folks that I know who bought them are flipping theirs on eBay -- even a guy who finished RFOM. He commented that the 40 player multiplayer mode is kind of pointless at the moment. Anyone playing this thing?

kind of pointless? hell... im not a fps fan, and i never play online (even when i owned a 360)... and i enjoy the shit out of the 40 player deathmatches. its a fucking BLAST. ive been playing almost every night this week.

I have a request... could someone post a review on how the Blu-Ray movie playback capability of the PS3 works?
Haven't seen one anywhere.

It works very well. It's just a pain right now that you can't use a regular A/V style or universal remote. Fortunately, the sixaxis works from the couch.
