Circuit City's ironic PS3 ad

Is the headline in the new Circuit City holiday catalog true? Is the PS3 ready to rumble? Not quite... as faithful fanboys know, the PS3 is the only new console to NOT have a rumble feature. Certainly, the marketing boys over at Circuit City HQ were just having some fun, making a subtle jab at Sony via the miracle of irony.

Of course, we all know that CC isn't nearly that clever.

So, the general public laughs, because Circuit City obviously means they might have more PS3's in stock on 11/17/07, and the Sony fanboys laugh, because they got their Ps3's and they don't have rumble. Good job Circuit City!

You know, another thing about a lot of these ads is that they color the "PS" button on the controllers red, as if it lit up. But it doesn't, strange. A LOT of ads are like that.

To all the jackasses who took this add personal, to heart, and were saddened by its rumble comment...Your all a bunch of retards...Your those type of lame ass losers the writers of the Simpsons always make fun of, due to the fact you freaks take things, too serious...Did you ever stop to think that C.C. meant "ready to rumble" as in...FIGHT...like in boxing...like fighting with the 360?
