Our parent site, Joystiq, has put together an awesome compilation of contests and give-aways that aim to put one of the newly launched consoles into your greedy little hands. why would i even want one im a gamer not a brainwashed zealot consumer the commonsence chip god put in my human processor THE BRAIN tells mii ps3 long loadtimes and 3/4 generation old button bash pad doesnot warrent my attentions

i would sell it spend it all on wii/ds mmmmmmmmmmmm

You got a one in a billion chance of winning this, but why not? You have a better chance than standing in line when it was released. This is probably a good thing since it has some glitches that Playstation will have to fix, but what new software doesn't right?

Overstock.com is doing a contest for some as well. Its not entirely free. If you win the drawing you can buy one for $50, still not bad.

Yeah 1up dotcom was suppose to have a contest for winning a WII and said they would post a new winner every day for 30 days starting december 1st well its december 4th and no winners shown. Makes me think these promotions are bs.

Hi, Just to let you know,a little known electronics store in wee little British Virgin Islands, population 25,000 is giving away a PS3. Varieties & Electronics only managed to snag one of these badboys and we decided to give it away in a christmas sales promotion. Just thought it would be cool to let people know that a small island paradise is giving one away. Great site! Thanks.
