Wii spoofs PS3 SIXAXIS ad

This is a fantastic fan-made ad, spoofing the PS3's SIXAXIS commercial. Brillant (and great work by the artists)!
I wish all fanboy vs. fanboy antics could be this fun.

usually id be all over wii fanboys but this was very well made, extremely. still though i dont think the wii gets to hover cuz its not playing in the 4th dimension but other than that it was very nice.

PS3 - A cheap way of getting Blu-Ray?
With Blu-ray players priced at $1,000 How could Sony possibbly sell a games console with a blu ray player, priced almost less than half of what a standard blu ray player would

It appears that Sony are just going to bite the bullet and have the PS3 as a loss leader in the hoope of making up for it in the sale of games and online content.
Reuters reports Sony announced today in Japan they expect their game division to suffer a $877 million USD (the equivalent of $100 billion yen) loss due to start up costs associated with PS3 over the next year. Clearly the worldwide launch later this year must be playing a factor. How the company expects to recover, however, is unclear.
Production costs on the CELL and Blu-ray technologies will obviously come down over the years, but Sony doesn’t have much wiggle room in pricing PS3 if they want to remain competitive with Xbox 360, especially considering Microsoft may very likely institute a price drop around PS3 launch in November.

I think it is more than just games and online content as a means to recoup the losses from PS3. I think the purpose of Blu Ray in the PS3 is to accelerate the adoption of Blu Ray. I mean, when the PS2 came out, not many homes had DVD, but then people started buying DVDs because their PS2 could play them. Especially now that HD DVD is just beginning to claim some territory, those with standard DVD players and a PS3 will be more apt to purchase Blu Ray discs instead of HD DVD. Is it a smart move? Perhaps, I still feel that it is kind of risky, and the infancy of the technology may hurt the PS3 down the road, but in the long run, but we will have to wait and see.

..If you think about it... Sony must really love us, willing to lose 200+ dollars on each unit to satisfy (sane) gamers... or Sony is retarded (I could live without blu-ray if the system was 200 dollars cheaper)...
Reminds me of double stuffed Oreos. Did Nambisco lose money on that too?

That ad its from a contest from xataka.com its for a chance of win a wii, Xataka its an spanish site of gadgets.
Some other participants are complaining that the ad its way too much professional but they are just a bunch of crying babies.
