Monster slaying in new Monster Hunter trailer
Japan loves monsters, and so should you. The upcoming Monster Hunter Portable 2nd is easily the most anticipated game in the console's history (in Japan, at least), and it's easy to see why. The beautiful graphics, the incredible soundtrack and the DRAGONS!!! There's no release for America so far, but hopefully the influx of e-mails I've left Capcom should change that.

This game sure will be great if Infrastructure play would be added. I also hope this game comes out in the US.

When u said beautiful graphics i really wasn't expecting much considering the last one's graphics (great game, tho. probably the only one i play on a regular basis), but i must say, they have made some great improvements in the graphics department. I also like the fact that u can go to different towns and such. I REALLY hope it comes to the US. I'll be satisfied with just ad hoc but infrastructure would make me cream my pants... jk...

Damn, that was awesome.
A poster at GameFAQs claimed he talked to a person on the MH team at the Lost Planet event in San Francisco. They said MHF2 is coming to the US, I hope to hell that is true.

Alex Wong,
1)What does that have to do with anything?
2)You are not very observant because there are 3 things with green arrows.

I had the 1st Monster Hunter. While it was visually stunning, the gameplay was none easy. As a matter of fact, it was almost frustrating in terms of difficulty. Also it had a steep learning curve. But I know of people clocking in over 100 hrs of gameplay on the 1st installment of the game. Hopefully, this version of the game will take away the weaknesses of the 1st MH like giving the game infrastructure mode and maybe -just maybe- make the character a lil' easier to play. If they make these improvements to the 2nd installment of this game then i'll definately be buying MH2!

true there was a very steep learnin curve since its the my first monster hunter game, but once i learnt a few things i got good i beat lao shang lung and all that but then got stuck on beating gold rahain and silver rathalos, the guild quests i done half of.
