Call of Duty's road to PSP: first trailer
The trailer certainly depicts what I'd expect from a Call of Duty game, but can a good FPS exist on the PSP with its lack of a 2nd analog stick? It'd be great if the controls were as good as the game looks. Reading GameZone's developer diary gives me some hope, but I remain skeptical. Weirder things have happened than a good FPS on PSP (like a dating sim actually coming to the US). Call of Duty: Roads to Vitory is available in March.

Yeah,Medal of Honor.
The Call of duty franchise has this key quality in all their games:To be better than Medal of Honor.
Call of duty is going to be better than Medal of Honor,it has been always like that,i dont see how this is going to be the exception.

Man, I am so getting tired of this. We already know that the PSP can--when pushed and tweaked properly--give us moderately decent FPS-genre games. Need I cite Syphon Filter and Medal of Honour, again?

Yes, a good FPS EXISTS on the psp without 2nd analog, MoH:Heroes, it's control scheme simply WORKS.

... and don't forget SOCOM 1 & 2 ...
Yep, there are decent FPS for PSP - and this one looks like it will be gorgeous as well as delivering solid CoD gameplay!

Steven Bailey, are you new to the PSP and/or portable gaming in general? Because you certainly sound that way.
As others have mentioned, the system is fine without having two analog sticks. Hell the FPS (Ecks vs. Sever, Doom, Duke Nukem, etc) on the GBA were okay without any analog sticks.
You dang portable neophytes should not be allowed to review and/or preview anything anywhere, seriously. Stick to your tethered consoles.

Socom and Syphon filter doesnt count as FPS because..they arent First Person Shooters.
Socom like Syphon filter and Metal gear are 3rd person shooters.Only Rengoku and Coded Arms (which sucked thanks to the monotonous level design)Count.
Also MoHH but im not going to offend myself placing MoHH with Rengoku in the same sentence.
