The following is comprised entirely of actual game play...
The newly released trailer for Spiderman 3: The Game begins with the promise that "the following is comprised entirely of actual game play." If this is true, then it looks like were in for a fairly lame game as every single "shot" is in slow-mo. Sure, the models and cut-scenes (and even the credits) have that highly polished next-gen sheen, but the trailer does nothing to excite or give any indication that this is not just more of the same. The movie itself, however, looks awesome!

In the words of the man speaking to sir reginald b. stiffworth, the young upstart chap who had been touting the merits of the united european commonwealth...
I DISAGREE
That looks like an enjoyable game that will be fun to play. Not every game needs to be groundbreaking, and in this case it is not. But I still wouldn't call it "lame"

Wow, lowl, if they say: this is actuall gameplay, then you expect something really good... and even when you think the gametrailers.com comprimise away, It still looks extremely fake...
Hmz, anyway, maybe the game'll be good, I've only once had a Spider man game, and that was on the PS2, and it sucked really hard...

Activision has done good stuff with their Marvel licenses.. so, this should turn out pretty good i think. Better than if EA had the license.

Well it must be actual game footage if it looks like crap.
Seriously, what was the point of that?

Doesn't actually look that bad. Graphics could have been better, that's for sure, but it does look like an enjoyable game.
Average, I'd say, but not too lame.

The graphics look like crap, probably because it's a flexible engine that can take Wii graphics and polish them some for Xbox 360 and PS3; the problem with that is that those won't take advantage of PS3 or Xbox 360 hardware, not to mention the gimmicky controlls for Wii can't be ported (thankfully).
Multiplatform games FTL

Maybe in-game graphics but not ingame footage. Those viewing angles, slow-mo half the time... I'm not saying the game isn't good
