Xbox 360 wishes it could be a PS3

Australian retail chain, Harvey Norman, has a secret... the console that powers their PS3 promotional displays isn't our favorite black monolith. It's a shiney white Xbox 360. While the store claims that they were just using the 360 to play Harvey Norman ads on DVD, we're sure that the Xbox 360 fanboys will come up with more creative conspiracy theories. We can't wait for those!

So funny how the PS3 fans complain of 360 fanboys... but if you go to any of the 360 news sites, you NEVER hear a peep of PS3-related news, fanboy complaints, etc. Sad, sad jealous PS3 owners.

You're a retard. Go to Xbox 360 fanboy, and see how it is much worse in that aspect. They have a lot of more "me too" news. In fact, if Ken Weeks didn't resign (or was fired) yet, search for all his blog-posts; they are written by the biggest fanboy in all weblogs inc; you know, a lot of mention's of PS3, things that aren't directly nor indirectly related to Xbox 360 (aside from the fact that they are direct competition). As you said, Jealousy. Besides, how is this not directly related to PS3, dipshit? Now, you can go eat shit. Oh wait, you already did that for breakfast. Sorry, my bad.

And by the way, Ed, Xbox 360 is white, but doesn't shine.

Why do you guys bitch so much? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy other people's ignorance (to a degree). However, I just don't understand this. It's always "these 360 fanboys should leave", and then entries like this come out. Four days late? Either it's the fact that every site that's PS3-inspired is weak (Xbox 360 Fanboy and Wii Fanboy have a few more bloggers), or PS3 Fanboy is trying to piss off 360 fanboys. I suppose 'both' is an option (you posted this days after the 360 was removed).

Regardless, these commentor excuses are quite lame. "But they do it too." Yeah, THAT justifies it. So much for keeping what little dignity there was left (by NOT feeding the flames). It seems like every day someone says "we're superior", and follows it up with "because they did it first".

First off, PS3-bashing (and I mean bashing, not boasting stats & figures that make the 360 look better) is hard to come by on that site. I went through the first ten pages, and found 4 entries with PS3-bashing remarks by the bloggers. The first one didn't even appear until the third page. I skim through here, and I hit "360-bashing incident #1" on the first page. You can go through the pages and look. You'll reach 4 before reaching page 10.

I'm not going to tell you what to do. However, growing up would probably do everyone a favor. Ed Stasick and Nick Doerr included. Just because a 'rival' site does something unintelligent doesn't mean that it's smarter when you do it. Instead of one side looking like a joke, you both come across as pricks who have nothing better to do.

This is why all of us at IGN get a great laugh out of all the gaming WIN sites. This page looks to resemble Vlad the most (pure hypocrisy and ignorance). Keep up the weak-minded work.

Please don't act as if IGN doesn't have its fare share of "console war" articles. I think the latest is Sonic the Hedgehog, PS3 vs. Xbox360. You are doing a comparison between two sonic the hedgehog games... think about that for a second.
