Ever since Phil Harrison
unplugged the drain on this title, a torrent of screens have flooded the internet. Well, that didn't exactly work as planned, but you get the idea. Tubs, water, etc? It was about 46% clever.
Super Rub a Dub is a new downloadable title due out at some point in the future (March 23rd, the European launch) that lets you control that cute little rubber duckie you've loved your entire life. In secret. Using the SIXAXIS, you guide mama duck and her little babies through a series of interestingly designed bathtubs. Anyway, check out the screens, go "aww", then return to blowing stuff up. Or whatever.

these pics oddly remind me of wetrix.
all we need now is ernie to bust out a cameo and sing classics like "rubber ducky" or "do the rubber duck"

If this was a Nintendo title everyone would be like oh wow this is soo cool!!!!... The bias is so bad everywhere. Go write for Nintendo Fanboy. Sony can have great kids games also!!!

I'm not a fan of sixaxis control. I'd be REAL happy if it's optional. The game does look interesting though. The sixaxis reminds me of R.O.B. and gyromite. Yeah, it works, sort of, but there's a much easier way to do it. I must say I did enjoy shaking the controller to get the chimera off of you in resistance. But, hell, even there it was optional. On second thought, looking at the screen again, if you control it by tilting the whole board, not moving the duck, it will probably work fine.

#3: Agreed, but the PS3 is still a tad expensive to getting minigames.

What the PS3 needs is a game like Zero Wing to really give its downloadable games a boost, no one can say it wouldn't get recognition on the internet.
I think the game would be a success as it has become rather popular in recent years ("All Your Base...")
*hint hint* Sony *cough*Zero Wing*cough*

Awesome, just awesome - this game is amazing! At first I thought it wasn’t all that after seeing how it transitioned from the E3′05 demo but now that I’ve actually played it and not based my opinion on a negative review (insert well known games review site), this game is a real lil gem! WOW! This game is so addictive it’s scary! Think Marble madness crazyness combined with Super Monkeyball tilting shenanigans in water with gators, this is what this game’s all about> FUN!
The controls are spot on, your in total control and whenever you mess up it is YOUR fault and nobody elses, you’d just brush it off and have another go, and another and another, it’s that addictive! hehe. When you come in the top 5 online scores, your replay is automatically uploaded for all the world to see! :)
This is a bargain game, costing just under 4 squids/$8, you get loads of levels, it’s definitely a more justifiable/interactive purchase than flOw that’s for sure!
Go download the demo, try it, enjoy it, get the full monty and see for yourself how FUN it really is!
8/10
