Codemasters brings Turning Point: Fall of Liberty to PS3

Fall of Liberty

You can add one more World War 2 shooter to the genre's growing and over-saturated list. Codemasters has taken the lid off of Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. Like its similarly named cousin, Resistance: Fall of Man, this is an FPS with a twist. It too has an "alternative history" take on the war, though this one is decidedly non-sci-fi.

"In 1931 Winston Churchill survived being struck by a taxi while crossing the street in New York. What if Churchill had died and wasn't alive to voice the battle cry that inspired the Allied troops to confront the Nazi war machine? What if England had surrendered to Hitler? What if there was no D-Day and Pearl Harbor never happened? What if the United States never entered WWII until WWII came knocking at their front door."

We're betting that this game is all about fighting WWII on North American soil instead of Europe. Look for this one later this Fall.
