Did you know that
DJ Portable Max 2 is one of the leading killers of PSPs in the country? Actually, it isn't. But, one
PlayStation forum user became so frustrated at the incredible challenge provided by the music game's
demo, that he threw the system in frustration. While it's ultimately his fault, one can't help but sympathize with him, at least a tiny bit. That game is
really hard, as can be seen by the outrage in the demo's
comment section:
"god damn this is flipping hard, i can barely get past the first 30-40 seconds... Ahh! how do you do this?!" - Benny
"THE DEMO IS STUPIDLY HARD AND ITS NOT WORTH IT" - Jack
"I still game over in about 10 seconds" - Daz
If only we all could be as good as Joystiq's

It was about as hard as any other music game the first time you play it, but a little practice goes a long way. At least for me, Gradius Collection is the nightmare game that could be the end of my PSP.

I hate dj max! The controls are wierd and the gameplay speed is not human. i could never see myself getting this game for even 1 dollar us/cdn/euros it doesn't matter, this game sucks

DJ Max is not for people who play normal games. It's a Beatmania IIDX clone. If you care about having super-fast reflexes, then this is the game. Otherwise if you're used to normal games, then it's going to be lost on you.
I own LEs of both games. Beautiful titles.

Damn man. That's the problem with handhelds. I've thrown my share of controllers, but luckily the entire game system wasn't integrated directly into the controllers.

You have anger control issues if you smash your $200 game console because a game frustrates you.
I wouldn't bother with this title, though. Puzzle games? Bleh.

DJMax is fun! It all depends on your timing! It's good for building rhythm skills, since most people don't seem to have any.
I don't get how anyone can bear to damage their consoles! Rich bastards!

Maybe the demo is just really really hard. I've smashed a PS2 controller before but I have the brains to not break my PSP controller, because it's also the ****ing hardware!!!
