Devil May Cry 4 week had started, this was Monday

Like it or not, 3D action really got its start on the PlayStation 2 with the original Devil May Cry. There hadn't been a game quite like it (well, games with bad stories have always existed, but using the bad story as a cheesy joke is pretty cool too), and ever since there have been a lot of games that look and feel similar. The speed, intensity, difficulty, swords n' gun action... it was all there. According to this trailer released Monday, it's still there and looking awesome. We'll keep you posted on the week of DMC4 as it progresses. Because time will keep going.

You forgot that the PS3 version, despite longer load times, can be installed on the HDD, making it faster than the 360 version. You also have more levels and bonus content, since the whole game actually fits on a single disc. Oh, and you'll earn trophies viewable through PlayStation Home.

The game looks great. I've been a fan of DMC ever since I wanted to put my ps2 controller through the tv, set it on fire and shoot it into space. It is a game that never fails to provide a challenge.
It's good to finally get an explanation of how Nero is going to work. The videos were always cool, but not very informative.

I hope this game doesnt have multiplayer, because then the 360 fans will miss out, as they dont get free MP like PS3.
Oh, and not to forget, unlike 360 owners, PS3 players can go back and play the classic DMC 1 or 3 after they finish this.

People are still complaining that it doesn't have rumble? I mean come on. Most of the time it isn't needed for gameplay. It's just a little controller vibration. It's not that big a deal. I for one stopped even noticing rumble along time ago. I'm too concentrated on playing the game then noticing that the controller is shaking.

This game might have rumble in the long run. Remember, Sony IS making a Sixaxis with rumble and it might be out in time for this game... if not, force feedback can always be added with an update, but I think more titles will start including it now that Sony has settled their lawsuit with Immersion. And for those who are hesistant about this game's quality... all previews so far have been of the PS3 version. As you can see from the interview with the devs, they didn't even talk about the 360 version. And now that it's confirmed that the game will be taking advantage of the PS3's HDD, I expect that it will indeed shine on the system.

well, Xbox has its non-wireless, Wii has it non-CD/DVD playback, PS3 has its sixaxis. is it really wise to target one console over another?

Dont forget that the premium also comes with HD cables, but you prolly forgot about that since you had to get an RF adaptor for your 17 inch black and white television. Well in the circumstance with the controller if you remember The XBOX 1 SWITCHED controllers midway through its life, The PS1 introduced analog midway through its life when Ape escape came out. For the N64 you actually had to go out and buy the rumblepack seperately. SO now you are bashing the PS3 because when they come out with rumble that you will have to buy another controller? Yea thats not being closeminded and biased...
