Harry Potter swings into action!
It's a Summer sequel trifecta. First Parker. Then Pirates. And now, Potter. The amount of movie-tie-ins this year is truly spectacular. What may be even more spectacular is that all of them don't look like hacked together pieces of crap. Spidey looks mighty nice. And so does Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. The latest game in the magical franchise looks to have an impressive amount of detail and the character models look solid. Actual gameplay could be another story, but we're cautiously optomistic.

I hate how publishers make easy money off of these movie tie-ins. The last groundbreaking game based on a movie was Goldeneye, and it took about three years after the movie came out. I guess what's really ruinning these games is the fact that they have to come out in the exact date the movie comes out, otherwise it's not good business.
Look at the characters. Those are NOT good graphics by next-gen standards, unless that was the Wii version. Of course, not all that could be done on PS2 or Xbox, so? The character models are probably what speaks most about a game's "next-genness" and even the PS2 was able to make characters like that (See Kingdom Hearts 2, pirates of the caribbean; See 24: The game)

where in the book did they have a massive battle in Howgart ground?
it's gonna sell regardless, there are a lot of HP fans out-there. but the game will probably suck, just like every other HP games and movie-console games.
