Home beta sign-ups begin

Finally! Sony's revolutionary Home service is entering beta, allowing dedicated PlayStation members to test-drive Sony's vision of "Game 3.0." Various people, including myself, have been receiving invitations in their e-mails: make sure to check yours. According to the invite, "not everyone who signs up will be accepted." Those that are accepted will be contacted yet again via e-mail.

How many PS3 Fanboy readers received their Home invite?

I am happy I got an invite I just I will get in the Beta. I wonder if being in GAP will help people have a better chance of getting picked to beta. I hope so that would be great news for me.

Got my invite as well. Im in GAP and a previous beta tester for syphon filter for the PSP, so i think my chances are pretty good :)

Just to let everyone know, the GAP membership is what got us all invited in the first place. So everyone that has been invited to this point is a GAP member. Therefore, it's not going to increase your chances of participating any beyond this point.

I think it's pretty shitty, I'm from Europe, I can't join PS Underground cause its US and Canada only! I see myself as a hardcore PS3 fan, but apparently my handicap is that I’m European... :(

Got the invite in my email. Hope it gets accepted. And yes GAP probably helped along with having the wife fill out those singstar surveys. She is really looking forward to that game...

Oh yeah thats cus i live in Europe and once again Sony have screwed us over!! ARGGHHH!! I guess we will eventully get to test it xmas 2008!
