Nomura talks Kingdom Hearts: could it go to PSP?

Kingdom Hearts Network has translated a recent issue of Famitsu. This particular issue is of interest because there is an interview with Square Enix's Tetsuya Nomura. In the interview, Nomura talks about the future of Kingdom Hearts: "The announcement time of a new KH project might be announced soon."

Of particular interest to PSP owners: "The multi-developing makes me want to put it on something else without thinking. If we follow this idea, it would be hard to choose if to make the game for the PSP, NDS or the cell phone."

Not the best translation, but I think we all get the idea. Kingdom Hearts on PSP could be the best team-up for PSP owners since Final Fantasy and Disney.

They could do some nifty stuff on both systems.

They could just make two separate games for the systems, make twice the money...

I think a 3d kingdom hearts could be done properly on psp. If they make it like Crisis Core, then I can't see why it shouldn't be a good game. I'm not a big fan of KH, but a good rpg is a good rpg, which psp could use more of.

I doubt squenix will make this game multiplatform, since they have never done that with ANY game.

i hope they dont so the cellphone thing. those games are really stupid IMHO. but PSP and NDS could both be done (especially since i own both). i believe i would rather have it on PSP though since it would be closer to the console version i love so much.

If KINGDOM HEARTS III doesnt come out for the PSP, I am going to die, unless it comes out for the Nintendo Wii because I got one. Sorry People.

@Bobby: Sorry to disappoint you, but KH3 is not coming out. Never, for any other system for that matter.

However, the official "sequel" is going to be called something else. It may or may not feature some of the current characters, as Nomura has said before. So you'll be pretty much playing a "new game"... sorta like Shadow Hearts/Shadow Hearts 3 I guess - same world, different time line, different characters.
