Where's Rampage?
According to Sony, this week they released the Midway arcade classic, Rampage: World Tour through the PlayStation Store. There's a problem though. Rampage is not actually available for download in most places in North America. We have reports of people on the east coast being able to download it, but for most people on the west coast - Rampage is conspicuously absent.For many people (me included), the ONLY thing added this week was the Joust video. Whats up, Sony? When you say a game is available for download, it's a good idea to actually make it downloadable.
*Update*
It looks like Rampage is available to some people on the west coast after all. It appears its a lot more random than we thought. We'll let you know if we hear from Sony about what happened.

At least you get some updates to the PSN-store...

fully.... the australian store doesn't get much either... it's the bloody PAL and NTSC i bet, not that it matters for most of us anyway (hdtv)

I have it on the front page of PSN, under Featured items, right next to Home Beta and the Joust Video. I also found it under Games > Downloadable Games.
Of course, I am on the East Coast.

It is an enigma to me why they do this. WTF does it matter where you live.
Sony !!! Lose the bullshit that is regional availability. Just make sure that on the page that describes the game you have a section that says 'LANGUAGES:' and lists them.
You have content that people are willing to buy but don't sell to them.

It's got nothing to do with "regional availability" - something is screwed up on the PSN right now. I'm on the east coast aand I don't have it. There are people on my PS3 friends list from all over the country, some of them have it, some don't. The people that do have it aren't in a specific area (ie: the east coast) they're all over.
Has anybody bothered contacting Sony? I want the game but haven't contacted them yet. I patient and I figure somebody will get the answers and post them to the web or it'll show up sooner or later. It kinda sucks but it's not the end of the world.

East Coast (Massachusetts) and it's been there since Thursday. Not that I am the slightest bit interested. How about some original titles, Sony! Calling All Cars was a nice start, keep 'em coming!

I have it up there now and I'm on the East coast, but something strange happened when it first came out...I was digging through PSN to find it first and I found it. When I went back it was gone. The next day it appeared on the front page of the store.

to reply to 15, games from the store dissapear if you have it purchased, if you need to download it again it will be in your downloads folder

I'm in NYC and since this morning I still don't have Rampage in my store. Only the Joust video, IN HD!!!!! ^_^ This is really odd that the release is so random like this.

I couldn't see Rampage either, so I created a Sub-Account.
Now I can see Rampage with the Sub-Account but can't dl it lol.

I live in Montreal, Qc. I've just called Sony Support, they say that I should sign off the PSN manually (under the Friends menu) and then sign in again (are they caching web pages for each accounts?!?!?!). I'll try that tonight as I'm currently at work. Hope this will help. By the way, it only takes a 2 min call to get answers (1-800-345-SONY).
