Join up for an eventual beta with The Agency!

Yes, we know, there was a lot of anticipation for the big June 11th announcement. Some of you were disappointed about the announcement of MMOG The Agency for the PS3 and PC. Others of you were surprised and pleased. We're not ones to discriminate, so to both parties, we'd like to direct your attention to the official site of The Agency and help you navigate its seemingly empty flash page.

After getting the loading screen up to the point where you view a smoking gun, go ahead and click on the bullet that mysteriously wrote out the name of the game -- The Agency -- and you'll be welcomed with a note detailing a mailing list where you will be "recruited" by one of two factions: ParaGON or U.N.I.T.E., which we can only assume means a public beta at some point in the future. We thought you'd like to know, so go on, everyone! Shoot them an e-mail with the stuff they ask for (just an e-mail address) and wait until further details make their way to your inbox.

I was personally pleased with the announcement, its just that some people always blow the anticipation through the roof. They made the june 11 announcement so big in their minds that virtually anything short of a psp redesign was going to dissapoint.

I think I will pass on this title. I have been scorned by SOE on a couple of occasions. I used to play SWG and loved that game. In fact I swore off all other games because of SWG.

Then the brilliant (sarcasm) minds at SOE decided to trash the combat system. The first two times I was able to look past the bad and managed to still enjoy the game. I even tried to get over what they did with the NGE enhancement. However, after a while I could no longer take it anymore and quit. After that I went back to console gaming.

Sorry SOE, but you already lost me when you stopped listening to your community. I will never play an MMO from SOE again.

I didn't get into Warhawk or Home either so I guess I am due. I just hope they pick different people that haven't had a chance to experience a Beta. And who are loyal to Sony and only own a PS3!

This game looks really cool. Even though people think Sony doesn't have any games I can count about 50 exclusives due to come out in the next 16 months.
