European PSN releases for June 29th

We've had two weeks of good PSN updates so far. Can Sony make it a hat-trick with a third? In short, yes. Check the full release list below.
- Super Stardust HD (£4.99)
- Championship Sprint (£1.99)
- Gauntlet 2 (£1.99)
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma demo (free)
- Superman Returns BD trailer (free)
- Full Metal Jacket BD trailer (free)
The Ninja Gaiden demo is a must get, if you haven't already nabbed if from the US store. Hopefully it will be compatible with the full title's in-game rewards for completing the demo, as the US version will be. Keep these killer updates coming, Sony.

When you call this posts 'europe releases', why the hell is the price of the games signed as british pounds? are that games only coming up in gb? if you should not now, the rest of europe has money that is called 'euro' (€)
jos @ Jun 29th 2007 9:38AM
And if you should not know, rest of Europe is not restricted to EU and thus not neccessarily using Euro either...

Let's not fight over the currency, Ok?
Here are the prices in euros:
Midway "classics" all cost € 2.99
PS1 games all cost € 4.99
Super Stardust HD costs € 7.99
It would be indeed a good idea to make a habit of posting the prices in both pounds and euros...

Wow, I had no idea Europeans were so whiny.

We Europeans aren't whiny, it's just annoying that the US gaming press is so Anglo-centric. Europe is a lot bigger than the UK. There are 13 European countries with the Euro as its official currency, more than 317 million people in all. So why is that 9 out of 10 times on sites like therse the price is only listed in dollars or pounds?

Did I wake up in some sort of alternate reality where Sony has their act together? Good store updates, great games coming out more than once every other month, spot-on ports of 360 titles... what is going on here?

You have to give Sony some credit. There have been significant improvements to the EU PS store in the past couple of weeks.
