Final Fantasy Tactics boxart looks strangely familiar

Remember the Final Fantasy I and II boxart for America? Looked gorgeous, right? Well the Japanese boxart for Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions on the PSP had a similar reaction from fans. Well you can all rest easy, as it seems the US (and the UK, presumably, due to its simultaneous release) boxes will be sporting a very similar design.While the image used on the box is the same for both territories, certain elements such as the title of the game have changed position. You can see the final design for the US box on the right, but check out out Siliconera for a side-by-side comparison with the JP art. Does it look pretty enough for you all?

I was afraid they were gonna butcher ours. But it actually looks slightly better, due to less of the picture being cut off.
Even though I haven't heard anything about Squenix fixing the audio and lag problems for the NA or Euro releases, I'm still very much looking forward to this game.

i think it looks great, but in the end box art... smox art, im still buying it as soon as it comes out!!!!

Eh. Who really cares? Another watered down port will not do anything to psp sales which right now need a major boost in the north america region. Even with the few heavy hitters coming out on the psp it wont be enough for the psp to compete with the vastly superior Ds.
Heres to hoping sony doesnt F*** with the ps3 like they did psp but it looks that way

King, have you played this remake of FFT?
If so, can you explain how the original is superior to this version, for "water down" means that there were things that original accomplished that this game didn't(it could be due to lack of memory which I doubt considering it was on a CD for the PS, it could be controls which I also doubt for of the buttons the original used only L2 and R2 aren't on the PSP which is easily remedied by making use of the d-pad, or it could be load times)?

who cares about the box art?
im so freaking happy that they are remaking this because Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1), in my opinion, was the best game ever made and now they're adding more chars (i saw balthier from FF11), missions and even more jobs!!!!!!!
