Worldwide PSP releases for the week of July 15

Every week, PSP Fanboy gives you the release list of what's coming out for the PSP worldwide. If a game is listed as coming out in a different country from where you live, don't worry. Your PSP can play games from any region. This seems like a decent week for PSP games. There is a good variety too, from puzzle to sports, music to fighting.
US Games
EU Games
Asian Games
- Mawaskes: Based on the Carton-kun
- Simple 2500 Series Portable Vol. 10: The IQ Cube
- Ultraman Fighting Evolution 0 (Best)
Release dates may always change, so you may want to call before heading to your local game shop.

I'm gonna buy tales, no question.

In my country games like these have to be ordered to USA or Europe. Andrew, please explain me why Latin America is not on Sony's plans when they develop such an incredible device as the PSP

"Isn't dreamcast still big in south america?"
dreamcast, in my appreciation, it's one of the best not-understanded consoles ever made. But no, it's isn't big, actually is hard to meet anyone that in his boom had bought a Dreamcast, but I live in Chile, I dunno.
Trekster @ Jul 16th 2007 12:29AM
Dreamcast I thought SEGA killed off before it's time. It still has some good power and titles it could play and titles released later that it could have done well.
Definate Classic!!!!

ZOMG, Tales! I played the Japanese version a little bit and it was pretty good. Though the world map has been changed to a point and click interface and the game is more of a dungeon crawler now, the battle system still kicks ass. Oh and by the way, I don't know a word of Japanese, so I had no clue what was going on story wise.

Sony and MS have market in latinamerica. Sony started with PSP and PS3 if you buy any of those in Mexico you can see the logo is region 4, (but i think they are region 1)The only thing i don´t like about this is the price its too expensive. And games come like 1 months later.
txa1265 @ Jul 16th 2007 11:42AM
Oh - I had forgotten about Tales!

@jake, PSP Blender forgot a question in their FAQ:
Q: "Is providing others with downloads of full PSP games and ROMs for other systems legal?"
A: "Not remotely. Happy downloading!"
I give them 6 months. Oh, and I recommend registering so Sony et al., have a nice membership database to follow up on when they sue these guys into the ground.
*rolling eyes*

@zoen151: they look the same to me.

Jake needs to be perma banned. That's a scam (an old one) that basically deals in expensive subscriptions followed by links to torrent downloads that anyone can find online if they're so inclined.
Meanwhile, Ultraman and Tales catch my eye. I'm always game for a good Ultra-bash with giant monsters (while I wait for Godzilla: Unleashed).
rockeranimefreak @ Jul 16th 2007 5:24PM
too busy playing riviera although i would like you guys to release a new pspfanboy theatre thingie.:D
Derek N.D. Dominoes @ Jul 17th 2007 12:42PM
You can try out a flash version of Mawaskes at Irem of Japan's website:

Not too bad on first impression for a puzzler. I especially like the mellow Japanese techie music. Not sure if it's worth importing, but it could make for an interesting diversion.
kingofwale @ Jul 16th 2007 6:47PM
for #2 who CONTINUE to use my sn. PLEASE come up with your own. I'm sick of this.
What's so hard about coming up with your OWN identity???
Trekster @ Jul 16th 2007 8:12PM
I wish they would change this page to where you can register your username and autologin, no need for password I know you can manually enter your password here but that is not even a password of your choosing, and if you are not a registered user here then you can't post. It would also be better if they limit foul language allowed here as well, most of the garbage that gets spewed most likely keeps most hits from this page. I know I won't let my kids come here.
Trekster @ Jul 16th 2007 8:19PM
off topic but QJ has posted the Entire sony E3 Presscon Video in HD for your viewing pleasure

@jetch
You're a fncking retard. I'm a racist to South Americans? No, I think after reading your post, I think you're just retarded. I read at one point that South America was one of regions that the Dreamcast sold well and continued to sell well in its post-years. But apparently I'm racist to think that. Just like if I ask a Japanese person if his country still plays games with chibi graphics, apparently that's racist Iunno.
retard.
Kade Storm @ Jul 17th 2007 8:25AM
Oh, for fuck's sake - racism?! What the hell's the matter with you monkeys, can't you have one thread without some personal heat surfacing up? I guess that is an reaffirmed 'not' for some of us.
On Topic:
Yeah, Tales is certainly a winner in that list; excellent series in general if you ask me. I'm certainly happy with the slew of RPGs that have been planned for the PSP. Of course, I won't be able to get Tales anytime soon, until and unless I find a way to track down an ebay deal where the seller's willing to post to Europe.
Oh, and Transformers - uh, yeah. I wanted this game, but, not so much after all the critical thrashing the PSP version received from critics. (Yeah, I still don't put much stock in what they always say, but even the videos and fan-vids show slop. It just wasn't done right.)
Now Ultraman? Oh hell yeah!
