Military-grade PSP case: only $100
Apparently, the PSP is becoming quite popular in the military world. That's why TAD Gear created this PSP case, one that's supposedly MILSPEC grade. "These PSP Pods were produced at the request of some our associates and customers deployed overseas. The Sony PSP has become a common sight in many a soldiers' kit these days. The PSP has become ideal for personal entertainment for many while in transit or stuck at barracks. This is built with MILSPEC construction and materials thru-out. There is no sturdier, better built, and versatile storage pouch for the PSP available anywhere."
The high level of construction is supposed to be the reason behind its somewhat exuberant price: $100. But, if you happen to be in the military, now's the time to pick the system up. "Due the high cost of production it is highly unlikely we will produce these again."

looks like a standard MOLLE pouch to me, being Airborne we require True Protection for our toys. I recomend either Otterbox, or Pelican Case, about $18 for PSP sizeand you can land on it or submerge it.Basicly if it gets hurt in there, then you're already in worse shape so you won't care too much.
Cool idea would be a special edition Pelican Case for the PSP that came with SOCOM Tac Strike later this year!! That Would rock!

Why doesn't anyone make a big flat PSP case?
I want a PSP case that's not much thicker than the PSP, but bigger, with padding and space to hold game discs and cables. Something about the size of a textbook, that I can carry in a book bag.

what i would like to know is if this company is going to be losers and charge these people that are getting shot at, killed, and hurt beyond the comprehension of someone sitting in a toy company office. i would really hope not. 100 dollars is plenty enough money to make a profit from non-deployed citizens to donate some cases to the people that are being forced (even though willingly) to be away from their families, their homes, and any form of comfort zone that they could possibly have other than their psp, which i'm sure is like stepping out of the world that they are in, even for a moment, and imagining themselves in the virtual world of the game that they are playing.
i would at least suggesting this company offer this product to the soldiers at cost or something very close to it.

The reason TADGear charges $100 for these is because it's a 100 piece custom production run that's made in the USA. A little too rich for my wallet but it's a nice case.
