RedLynx step up to develop Warhammer 40,000 title

It has honestly been a very long time since we at the PS Fanboy sites sat down with a model kit and put together a small army of plastic warriors to combat evil. If any of you were into the Warhammer 40,000 series, you know exactly what we're talking about. Well, take that modeling skill and throw it to the wind, as RedLynx have finalized previously murmured plans to develop a Warhammer 40,000 game for the PSP as well as the DS, plotting to bring it to us in 2007. We knew the game was coming, but we did not know RedLynx was behind the curtain.

A multiplatform game, you ask? It seems so, but RedLynx is determined to take full advantage of each handheld's strengths, aiming to be "a game made without a single compromise in its quality," says RedLynx's producer, Miika Tams. We look forward to seeing what the title offers in terms of strategic gameplay and if it really does take advantage of the horsepower the PSP sports.
