Jericho gameplay video will get your blood pumping
Nothing quite like a violent FPS gameplay trailer to wake you up on a Monday, huh? This latest video for Clive Barker's Jericho contains what we assume to be the opening cutscenes to the game, followed by a brief look at the actual gameplay. While at the moment it looks like any other FPS, we know there's a lot more to each character than weaponry: spells, secret abilities, etc. It's sort of hinted at when the one person starts waving blue hands at you, probably to heal you. If nothing else, fighting nasty-looking creatures who emerge from the sand is going to be a different experience for a lot of FPS fans.

Character design looks really generic (yet another space marine squad). I'm going to reserve judgment on this game until I see more or play it.

No. That 360 game box at the end was just an illusion.

I was sort of expecting a lot more from this game with its links to the talent of Clive Barker than FPS cliche ridden bald space marine squad crap. I was expecting something a bit more mature, The Alien films have a lot to answer for, their cliches are as boring and as done to death as the star wars cliches.

This looks like it has some serious potiential... we'll have to wait and see what happens next!

Another freakin FPS. Yea~~~
The 90's had an assload of Street Fighter type games. Now we have the age of the FPS. I can't wait for this era to be over.

You have thank games like DOOM that brought out the FPS craze! But it's ok there's a few FPS that are actually really good, however I do feel they are flooding the industry

When I was a wee lad of 20, I used to love reading me some Clive Barker. It's good to see he's lending his vision to games.
I was going to gripe about frame rates, but since it's Codemasters, having seen Dirt, I am only anticipating how creepy and fun this game is going to be.

Needs more FPS...
