PSP-2000 firmware already "dumped"

Less than 24 hours after the stealth release of the PSP-2000, PSP hackers have managed to peer inside the contents of firmware 3.60, ripping it open like an early Christmas present. Mathieulh confirmed the increased NAND memory that the new system has: 66MB, to be precise.

This doesn't have much significance to the end user, but it's clear that the PSP homebrew scene is still very active, regardless of what Sony may want. Bright people are at the heart of this effort, and they won't let something like a new firmware, or even new hardware, stop them.

[Thanks, Bryon!]
