Ratchet & Clank Future to feature Japanese voice acting

Ryan, ahem, Schneider, just got back to us, adding a few new details to our previous interview with him. Firstly, it appears that the Japanese Ratchet model (the one with the big bushy eyebrows) will not be included in the US version of the game. What will make the cut, strangely, is the Japanese language track, allowing you to have all sorts of kawaii adventures with Ratchet and his robot pal.

I bet that it is in there as an unlockable. If its like Resistance, they are putting all the localizations on one master copy and distributing that way... the PS3 (NA, JDM, etc) itself determines the default language and game set up if devs have locked certain things out.

cool? i mean if a game is made in japanese (most rpgs) then i would be excited to have the Original sound and voice work. if a game is made in originally in english, ill listen to it in english... Original sound and voices are ALWAYS better... soooo.... this only only kinda cool i guess... (The fact that different audio to choose from altogether is actually really awesome though, i really hope more games come out this gen with multiple lanuage audio (MGS4 im looking in youre direction)

It's due to the extra space provided by the Blu-Ray disk....No need to cut anything anymore due to disk size issues.

Those eyebrows are hilarious. I wonder if they re-synced the mouth animations for different languages or they take the lazy way out and just overdub it.

HALO 3? its all you guys have to say, Well we are interested in this game, and the word Halo 3 wont convince anyone otherwise.

Halo 4? oh. sorry the hype is soon finally gone. but wait the game will be so awsome that everything the PS3 has will be get blown away! but doesnt all games multiplatfor or exclusives fall under the same roof. peop say halo 3 like its a threat. when halo 3 comes out..... what!?! what will happen?! nothing there are people out there who think halo 3 is trash same goes for any game like Kingdom Hearts(i know right i cant believe it) people thought halo 1 story was better than halo 2 what saves halo3 from the same defeat. i wonder why the beta felt more like halo 1.
