Star Wars Battlefront pre-order includes Carbonite case
We love the look of Carbonite. Star Wars geeks will be pleased to see that GameStop's pre-order for the upcoming PSP-exclusive Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron is a Han Solo Carbonite PSP case. Yes, it looks cool, but it has us wondering one thing: will this work on both the old PSP-1000 and the new PSP-2000? It looks like upcoming accessories are going to be a little bit trickier to purchase.

I'm sure the elastic will stretch to fit either model (while there is a size difference, it isn't THAT big).
The picture also looks to have a PSP-1000 in it, as I don't see the speakers on the front of the casing, although it's a little hard to tell due to the resolution and compression.

I saw this on Gamestop.com earlier today. I thought it was pretty cool. I don't even want the game, but I almost ordered it for the case. I smacked some sense into myself and moved on.

This looks cool. I might just put down my $5 dollars to get this case then later buy the game at Costco because it will be cheaper.

Damn, I kind of wish that this was being sold separately. I plan on picking up on of the Star Wars edition PSP-2000's and this would be a nice addition to that package.

Anybody seen these in-store yet? I called the closest Gamestop and they haven't seen them yet.
