Even though we've had a Japanese demo for
Bladestorm for a while, some of us really need to play it in English before we can pass judgment on Koei's not-quite hack-n-slash title. So, Koei is doing just that, releasing a demo on the PSN and Xbox Live tomorrow, October 4th, so we can try to wrap our minds around the idea that you can only swing your sword every once in a while. No matter. The fact remains we're really starting to get some demos before the games are released. That's always a good thing!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they have MGS4, KZ2 and Devil May Cry 4 playable demos in Germany and Japan recently? Why not drop those demos? I mean if the videos can come out during the same week of E3, why not a demo?
Also, I know that Home is supposed to replace the PSN (so I'm told), but now that Home won't be available until sometime in 2008, can we get a redesigned PSN, PLEASE? you cannot have a sexy game system, and turn around and have an extreamly unattractive PSN. Would you like an BMW M3 with a Hyundai Accent's interior?

Maybe I just don't understand this game, but playing the Japanese demo just made me say "wtf..." and slap the PS button to kill the game.
