First hour of Uncharted in four minutes, spoiler-free

Now, GamesRadar tried their best to remove any sort of spoilers from the first hour of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but we know that's nearly an impossibility. So consider yourself warned -- there may or may not be something you could possibly consider a spoiler in the above video. What you're seeing is basically a montage of the first playable hour of Naughty Dog's new adventure title in the timespan of a little over four minutes. The game looks, sounds, and appears to play incredible. We really are excited to get our hands on this game and give you all our review! Until then, though, we'll watch videos.

the ONLY thing thats underwhelming to me is the animation of the explosions...

I'm kind of sad they didn't put more work into those...

but everything else looks top notch

I'm limiting myself to only 1 game purchase before Christmas. It's gonna be tough to decide b/w Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, and Assassin's Creed.

@ Noshino -- *shrug* I imagine it's got something to do with a bonus gallery or something, since Home isn't due out until Spring I don't think they'd let you unlock a bonus you can't access for several months. Probably melee kill reward, since the guy seemed to be kicking some ass hardcore on the boat.

OK Sony, here's what you do. Make commercials, for the TV box, that show this game off. Maybe even do a few before the game actually comes out. Toss in some "now 399.99" verbage at the end of each. I saw 1 Heavenly Sword commercial total. I think I watched Halo3 commercials for the same amount of time I actually spent playing through the campaign. Halo3 didn't even need commercials to sell. PS3 games do.
If you want people to buy PS3s, show them games like this, HS and Ratchet & Clank. Maybe even some Haze love, or see about doing like MS did and really making a strong PS3 tie-in with Multiplatform games. From just the commercials I would have though Madden was a 360 exclusive.

With games that look like all of your current exclusives (and outside of Lair play as well as they do), it shouldn't be as hard as you're making it.
