European Guitar Hero 3 release date confirmed
Those of you with your eyes out on the retailer websites will probably have known this for a little while, but Activision have finally confirmed the EU release date for Guitar Hero 3. With a release on November the 23rd, Europeans will have almost an entire month of sitting around and twiddling their thumbs while their American cousins rock out to songs like One by Metallica and Weezer's My Name is Jonas. Having said that, there's plenty to keep us busy what with the holiday season lineup. At least we're not waiting until next year like another game we won't mention. Those of you who are impatient can import the game, but we're not sure how the downloadable content will work in that case. We're currently trying to find out, so watch this space.

question.. will GH2 for PS2 (and DDR pad) work for my 60GB PS3?
I rather save some money getting GH2 since I've never played before.

@2. I was going to ask something similar - Does anyone know if you can use a PS2 GHII controller on the PS3 GHIII? I want to import the game from the US if I can. There's nooo freeekin way I'm waiting a month!

You have to get adapters for it to work, but even then you lose certain features like the tilt sens. for start power, and sometimes there is noticeable lag...just wait it out

so that gives americans more time to learn the songs and get used to the game so they get the advantage.(unfair) well i guess they will need all the practice they can get

any1 that knows a good store that sends GHIII to the EU (sweden) ?
I've looked at amazon, bestbuy, wallmart and many others but none seem to send stuff to the EU.
If there aint no store that delivers to the EU its no big deal, i have some relatives (old couple) that lives in texas, so i can beg them to buy it for me and send it home to me. But then i wonder, where can i pre order an extra guitar? I can only find the bundle, or the game but no "loose" guitars for sale? Would be great if i could send a packagde home to their adress so they dont have to buy it and screw up and buy 360, or wii GHIII lol :)
