First in-game Super Street Fighter II HD screenshots
After teasing us with tons of sprite art from the game, the very first screenshots of the HD Remix of Street Fighter II have been revealed to the public. As expected, it's absolutely gorgeous. Featuring the hand-drawn art of the fine folks at Udon, this fully redrawn game looks brand-spankin' new. Will Street Fighter IV be able to beat this?

Beat it? No. SSIV will supplement it.

Looking foward to some old school SF with some new school touches.

I have no interest in Street Fighter IV. This, on the other hand, looks quite interesting indeed.

By the way, which one of you fine PS3fanboy authors is going to report the huge news that IGN GAVE RATCHET AND CLANK: FUTURE A 9.4?

Only a 9.4 because it was too easy. Always play on hard mode, get your moneys worth.

Wow, is it just me, or does Ken kinda have a Tom Cruise vibe going on in that headshot?

check out the ken shot where his name shows "crazy ken"
awesome.

All I can say is "shorrrr-ryu-ken!!!!"
Did you see that Ratchet and Clank got only a 7.5 on Gamespot? The Gamespot review seemed to make comments about the game that were completely different from IGN. Usually you don't see that much disparity between IGN and GS reviews...huh. I'm still playing Heavenly Sword and Ninja Gaiden, so I don't have time for Ratchet right now.

Is it just me or did that sho ryu ken uppercut used to not catch the guy who got hit with it on fire? I saw that in that bad quality, cell phone video they released also so I'm hoping it's just part of the early build? Am I a huge nerd for even bringing this up?

In normal SFII you wouldn't catch on fire, but in SFII turbo you would as long as the shor-ryu-ken was done using the strong punch. You're not a nerd for asking, but I think I am a nerd for answering!

...Uh. Ken's Fierce Shoryu has always set the opponent on fire since Super Street Fighter II.
