Deal of the Day: Stranglehold Collector's for $50

Best Buy is offering the Collector's Edition of Stranglehold for $20 less than its MSRP. At $50, you get a decent (but not great) game, and a decent (but not great) transfer of a terrific movie. The inclusion of Hard Boiled makes this a must for any John Woo fan, and the discounted price certainly makes it easier to swallow.

Does the movie play in regular BD players (i.e. is it a seperate disc or combined on the game disc, etc) ?

It only plays on the PS3 and has no special features.

3 months ago I would have bought this for $50.00, but its too little too late.

I'm sure by now you can get a used version for 20 to 30 bucks.

I'll wait for this to hit the greatest hit section or something. I really liked the game when the demo first came out and I was ready to buy it at first but then it got pushed back so much and the reviews started to come in that I just passed on it all together.

Like Haas599, I'd have bought Stranglehold Collectors Edition for 50 if this deal was around 3-4 months ago, but now, thanks, but no thanks.

I've said this before, I'm a huge John Woo fan and a huge Hardboiled fan I was looking forward to this more then any other release for the PS3 (it's why I bought my PS3 in the first place) and Midway dropped the ball on this completely. It's just not worth it even at the reduced price.
