Warhawk expansion priced and dated [Update]

We've given the new Warhawk expansion quite a lot of exposure because, to be frank, we're excited about it. Now we know exactly when the update will arrive on the European PSN Store and how much it costs, thanks to ThreeSpeech. At only £3.99 the expansion, which includes a new level and a new vehicle, is incredibly affordable and will make a nice Christmas present to the Warhawk community when it releases on December 20th.

[Update: America will also receive the expansion on the 20th as well. It will be priced $7.99.]

Hell freakin' Yeah!!! Can't wait... Its crazy, I got CoD4, HS and Uncharted.. and I still find myself playing Warhawk more than those 3 games combined. Its not that those other games are bad, but that warhawk is sooooooo good!!

yeah who cares about 51st state money! we want to know the price for EUROPEAN PEOPLE too, you know like eurasian ones. but not that asian ones... sry don't take me seriously.

but prices in EUR too would be great. i think ps3fanboy also didn't mention that singstar had 1/2 a week delay in mainland europe.

Hell Freaking YEAH! This game is so awesome...I have COD4 (takes forever to get in a match) and still dedicate more time to Warhawk.

$5 and I'd get it. $8 is too much for a new map + vehicle. Then again I can't quit playing COD4 right now and still need to beat GRAW2 and R6:V first anyway.

OMG guys, its £3.99 / $7.99, its nothing, short change!

Whilst a free patch would have been nice and a gesture of good will following the dire support WH has had really so far from Incognito - I mean, they still haven't fixed the main exploits! At £3.99 its as good as free. Yes its one map (with 6 layouts) and one mother of a new ship - but imagine the points you'd get for taking a fully laden one out! lol

Add in the fact the new level is in nighttime as well and it'll make for an interesting update.

But hey, incognito, how about 2 maps next time for the same price ;)

Really? One map and one vehicle for $8 is nothing. One map and one vehicle is nothing; $5 or less for this one. Oh by the way, night time gaming isn't really innovative.

It is for warhawk though!

And technically its not one map, its 6! Ok, so you may not play them all (I don't tend to play the small maps for example, only the medium and large maps), but at least they pack value into each map design.

At the end of the day, the developers need to make money, it cost money to produce games so really, expecting stuff for free is a little cheeky....

You wouldn't work for free, would you?

4 squids is a great price. At that price almost everyone should be buying it.

Don't worry, Americans, I doubt they'll charge $8 for it in your American dollars. Although that still doesn't sound like very much to me... it could easily have been twice that. Dropships + an extra map is quite a lot of content in Warhawk terms, given how huge the maps are and how finely-tuned the balance is
