Agetec, Inc. today announced it will be publishing
Puzzle Guzzle for North Amercian audiences next spring. According to the press release, "players race to assemble triangles and other shapes by rotating marked squares pieces." However, PSMan62 on the
PlayStation Forums describes it like this: "[It] reminds me of
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine back on Sega Genesis. It seems that you basically have to rotate the blocks to form a shape or connect it to the sides and they disappear. The more you make, the more solid blocks appear on the other side."
Puzzle Guzzle also features a two player mode (pictured above). "
Puzzle Guzzle is sure to be a game that PSP system owners will love," said Mark Johnson, producer for Agetec, Inc. "It starts out simple enough, but it doesn't take long before that classic panicked feeling starts taking over as the game becomes progressively more challenging."

Japanese demo to get a taste of the game.

That's a bit of a stretch, but this game looks like it could be alright.
