Heavenly Sword gets patched to 1.1

The PS3-exclusive action game, Heavenly Sword recently got a 1.10 patch. Right now, the contents of this 18MB download are mysterious. It has been confirmed that DualShock 3 support has finally been added to the game, for those lucky enough to have imported the rumble-ready controller. But, certainly the patch must hold other surprises. 18MB is a lot of data for just rumble alone ...

while were on the topic of updates, anyone notice the update to eye of judgment lately? the update wont work at all on my system, takes forever to download the thing, and i can't battle online because i have to delete the update data to even play the game.

oh your so lucky. i want that white Dual Shock 3 so bad even though it doesnt really match my Playstation lol. im going to wait for the price to come down a bit first though.

Yeah some people on some other boards said its just Rumble. I don't see why Sony doesn't announce this stuff and say what it's for. At least call of duty 4 patch they said what it was.

perhaps this contains the downloadable level they told us about?
or they had a lot of rubbish data in the rumble coding.

maybe the executable is 18 mb, and rather than do a code merge the executable just gets replaced. would make more sense that way...

I want multiplayer! It would make the game have more replay value. I dont know how they would make this sort of game multiplayer though. I suppose like tekken.

multiplayer would definently take up a lot more space than 18 MB, and btw, i don't understand whats so big about 18 MB, thats like 6 or 7 songs, i thought rumble would take up that much space.

Ummm, I wish the patch would have come earlier. I beat the game so, I doubt that I will play it again. :(

while we talk about updates, the three ppl that bought Time Crisis 4 ($50 on Amazon) found a patch also, but idk wut it does :(

and if i go back to this game, rumble would be great

The patch gave me rumble (cool) but also more noticebale slowdown and freezes during combat than before (not so cool) where previously it was only the really occasional hitch. It's not all the time, but it's a definite increase. That was after the install...I'll try again today on a fresh reboot.
