Have they announced a US release yet?!

no they didn't but Im guessing the time span would be longer than it was for Disgaea to be released to the US. So if Disgaea took 1 full year than Star Ocean will take as long as 15 to 20 months but its just a estimation because Im playing it right now with all the voice acting, subtitles, length of the game ( I should know I played it on the SNES ) and the amount of time for the videos...yeah it'll take as long as 15 to 20 months from now hopefully...maybe...should be...or not...no maybe not...

The link for the first theme is not working. The ".com" in the url is put twice.

Wow, they suck. They didn't even bother to do the sub-icons. I have seen many user-made PTF themes that are much better then those. Sucks when companies take the lazy way out.

The first theme is corrupted by some copyright flaw... (The illustration one) Can someone get me an uncorrupted copy of it?
