Worldwide PS3 releases for the week of January 20th

Lucky ol' Burnout Paradise. It practically has the entire month of January to itself, so we'll be very surprised if the game doesn't sell tremendously. Not to mention it's available in American and Europe during the same week. We love when that happens.
Don't forget your PS3 is region free so, if you're feeling a bit funny in the head, you could always order Burnout Paradise from a different region. Or you could nab yourself a Japanese copy of Juiced 2 and enjoy some "Hot Import Nights" of your own.

Hey Folks,
i really HAVE TO say, that since i found this website, doesn't matter if i'm arriving at work or standing up in the morning at home... the first thing i MUST check is PS3Fanboy ^^
I'm a 24 year old german living in Holland (yap, damn censorship!... well, not only because of that...) so sorry for my bad english.
"...and enjoy some "Hot Import Nights" of your own." This and more sentences i read every day are so great, that even " "Stuttering Craig" could learn something ;-)
You guy's focus on the important thing's (see other topic, why you don't post EVERYTHING here since some news are just brainfarts) and its most of the times brandnew!
I hope you all will do this for a looong time here and have fun.

it got a 8.8 from IGN, so it seems like it will be a million seller (WW).
but it's not my type of game, so I will pass and save my money for DMC4.

i am exactly the same as theplake i found this site a couple of months ago and now check the site hourly, if i am near a computer or on my ps3, your blog is so much better than the others, e.g threespeech, thesixthaxis and playstation.blog but one thing i was wondering is that, is this site british or american or both. thanks.

Sony, we need more new titles!
Compared to Nintendo and 360 we are starving.
I'm not asking for a bunch of thrown together crap, but

Dude, the PS3 has an incredible list of exclusives lined up for this year, almost every other game has a PS3 version and thanks to Sony working with Epic on Unreal Tournament we should be quite sure that any Unreal Engine game coming out this year will be top notch in terms of performance.
That January is slow is natural, every game studio pushed like crazy to get their titles out before Christmas. And its not like the January drought is a PS3 specific situation.

The lack of games is the reason why I bought a 360 to use for now. I love my Sony products but the PS3 just doesn't have games that appeal to me. God I wish Haze is good.

Who cares about your opinion? No one cares if you care or not on other ppl's opinion. Like I also stated:
"I bought a 360 to use -FOR NOW-." Which means I still plan to use it in the near future.
Don't start crying just b/c someone else opinion hurt your feelings. It's our opinion. Or maybe you're mad b/c your low-income can't afford a PS3 and you're jealous how others we don't appreciate excessive income.

Yeah, some care should be taken when suggesting to people that they can buy import versions. While I myself has bought a couple of US games I am trying to be careful because you can burn yourself if you import the wrong game due to DLC often being region tied. Would suck to have a copy of Warhawk for instance and not be able to get Omega Dawn for it due to it being a US copy.

With all due respect, all you do is complain about the PS3 despite your apparent love for Sony.
This is a site for PS3 people so you're wasting your time repeating the same all fustian over and over again. Also, the argument of "there are no games for the PS3" is the equivalent of harking on about how all 360s get the RRoD. It's old, it's not relavent anymore and people have moved on. Yes, the first year of the PS3's life saw an ebb of games released rather than the torrent that the 360 experienced. This changed towards the end of the year and 2008 is looking like a very good year for PS3 owners (and that includes you!)
Also now that MS have sorted out their heatsinking issue (and the replacement policy) the RRoD topic is also OLD NEWS.
You have a 360, good for you. I'm also a fan of multiple consoles but I try to keep my posts positive and relevant. Perhaps you'd be happier over at 360Fanboy.com complaining about the PS3 and how wonderful, for now, your 360 is.
You mentioned how the PS3 doesn't have games that appeal to you and then hope that Haze is good. (This by the way would have been a better post. "Burnout? Not for me. I hope Haze is good." See? Relevant and contributes to the discussion). This suggests to me that you're an FPS fan which means you're probably going to have a better time with your 360 from now on anyway. Use your PS3 as a blu-ray player and enjoy your games on your 360.
It's got to the point where I see your name and literally scroll down to the next comment because I know exactly what you're going to say. Sometimes, out of morbid curiosity, I read them and, yep! nothing has changed.
Your entitled to your opinion but it seems you have just the one. We've heard it. We know Jamesology doesn't like the PS3 as a gaming machine. Thanks. We don't need to hear it every day.
How about being a bit more positive and contribute to the discussion?
