Deadline Games announce Faith and a .45

Deadline is touting the game as an epic cross-country story with a focus on characters, co-op gameplay, storytelling and cinematic aesthetics. Whatever. We just want to shoot stuff and have a decent story to accompany it, right? That seems to be their goal, too. More details will emerge at GDC, but until then, know that Deadline Games "values original stories, settings and characters very highly." We'll see what happens.

Why is it only shooters that have 2 player. I can only play sports games with my friends before we get bored.
Now that I think about it, there are almost no games based around the depression. But like most shooters these days, it'll only be good for a rent.

Yet another shooter, I miss the 90s.

This is why im glad little big planet exists. FPS, shooter, FPS, shooter time after time, whatever happened to platforms? Do more racing! We also have enough sports but console mmo's rpg(I love you final fantasy) or try something new developers! Little big planet has created its own sub genre.

I hope this will have lots of gratuitous sex and irredemable violence in it. That way we can all get another chuckle from Fox News! =D (Actually, the premise sounds intriguing. I'd love to see multiplayer have the ability to create your own characters and form gangs. Then that would put the game in it's setting perfectly.)

A 90s shooter with no drugs, sterotypical environments or excessive violence. Emphasis on story and characters. YAY!

Never heard about Hitman, Freedom Fighters and Kane & Lynch: Dead Men?

Seems to me that IO Interactive (creators of the Hitman francise) are not completely anonymous in the world. Was that too much sarcasm? Ok, so only danes know that IO Interactive is a danish company...
