Neopets: Petpet Adventures now available to download

This week's PLAYSTATION Store update features a surprise downloadable title: Neopets: Petpet Adventures sneaks onto the Store. This isn't an original title. Rather, it's a UMD game from a few years back that's now available for $14.99. Reviews were rather mixed for the game, so unless you're a fan of the virtual pet, chances are you won't really find much incentive to download this.

Wallpapers for the game were also added in this week's update.

It's good to see Sony releasing full UMD titles for download. Having games on memory stick would a lot more convenient than carrying a bunch of discs around. Now they just need to get their really compelling content on there.

Agreed. I keep going to the store and wanting to buy something, only to be completely be rebuffed by the awful selection of titles - both for PS1 games and PSP catalog titles.

I agree completely Wreckard, I have such high hopes every thursday, but I'm always disapointed, maybe if I don't look for like a month I might see something worth getting!
