Ryan Howard has a big freaking nose. I mean, serlously!
Anyone else stoked about this game as much as I? I love baseball, and loved the last 3 versions of the game.

"You can make custom soundtracks in this game!"
Does this mean there will finally be an update for the PS3 that will allow you to make these custom soundtracks in games? I remember speaking on the phone with Sony a month ago and they said "We will soon release an update that will allow you to make custom soundtracks like in the Xbox 360."
I wonder if we will be able to access the entire XMB. That would be awesome. That would mean we could send messages to our friends and "surf the web". Let me know what you guys think.

It's already there. There are several PSN games that will play custom soundtracks. The Bowling game and Super Stardust HD are the two I can think of.

i think this will be the year that the crappy 2k baseball games will be swept away. the show is obviously superiorin every dimension, but this year it looks like they are taking the next step to greatness. you could put arod on the cover and it would still be an awesome game, then again im a reds fan so i have no room to talk
yomama07024 @ Feb 5th 2008 11:07PM
jq71586, you are saying it's already there meaning it will be available when the new update comes out right?
Nate @ Feb 6th 2008 12:49PM
In super stardust HD and high velocity bowling, you can make custom soundtracks. Not in some future release, but right now, and it's been that way for a couple months at least.
The problem is that all these abilities, like voice chat, custom soundtracks, etc, are available in the OS, and developers just aren't implementing them for the PS3. Don't know why.
seansloan @ Feb 5th 2008 11:19PM
no its there now.He is definately correct on the bowling game
justin @ Feb 5th 2008 11:56PM
